Return & Exchange Policy

At She Rox, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our fitness equipment and activewear. Please carefully read our return and exchange policy below:

  1. No Direct Returns:
    We do not accept direct returns. Instead, we offer store credit for eligible return requests.

  2. Notification Period:

    • To qualify for store credit or an exchange, you must notify us within 2 business days of receiving your order.
    • Notifications received after this period will not be eligible for credit or exchanges.
  3. Store Credit for Returns:

    • If your return request is approved, we will issue store credit equivalent to the purchase amount (excluding shipping charges).
    • This credit can be used for future purchases on our website.
  4. Size Exchanges:

    • Size exchanges are allowed if the request is made within the 2-day notification period.
    • The item must be unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging.
  5. Replacement for Damaged Items:

    • If you receive a damaged product, we will replace it with the same item, provided the damage is reported within the 2-day notification period.
    • Clear images of the damaged product must be shared for verification.
  6. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Products that have been used, washed, or altered in any way are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
    • Final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit.
  7. Process for Returns/Exchanges:

    • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at care@sherox.in with your order details, reason for the request, and any supporting images (if applicable).
    • Once your request is reviewed and approved, further instructions will be provided.
  8. Shipping Costs:

    • Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to returning the product to us for credit or exchange.
    • If the item is damaged and qualifies for a replacement, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement.

Note: We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange that does not comply with this policy.
